Since the idea came to fruition in January 2024, Effect Run Club has rapidly grown in Richmond, Virginia with an Intagram following of 1,100 and couting and 75+ people at the first run.
Let’s Take it From The Top.
This passion project was brought to life by myself and my two training partners when we noticed the need for an inclusive run club in our community of Richmond, Virginia. On a mission to foster a sense of community from the effect that running has on human connection, we’ve elimated pace from our vocabulary to create an environment that welcomes everyone.
Since the start, we have landed multiple partnerships within the community and are stoked to continue growing our presence and see how we can create an effect on people, on Richmond, and on the culture of run clubs.
Ideation to Brand:
The combination of skill sets in brand management and leadership has bring an idea to life and create a brand that people want to be a part of. I’ve led our team through crafting a consistent and meaningful brand identity by defining our positioning statement, creating brand guidelines, and designing our website.
